LED (light-emitting diode) light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that enters the skin’s layers to improve the skin.

Different LED colors do different things:

- Red LED light therapy may reduce inflammation and stimulate the production of collagen, a protein responsible for younger-looking skin that diminishes with age.

- Blue LED light therapy may destroy acne-causing bacteria (P. acnes).

-Pink LED light acts as a cleanser. Eliminates impurites of the skin. 

-Orange LED light energises & eliminates localised fat.

-Yellow LED light reactivates & purifies the skin. 

-Green LED Light acts as a relaxant & regenerative stimulation. 

During treatment, skin specialists may use a combination of lights to treat your specific issue. It is a completely safe treatment, free of UVA rays and other harmful rays for the skin, so it has no contraindications. Its use is not recommended in patients who take any type of photosensitive medication such as for the thyroid, during pregnancy or cancer patients.
